Coffee Export
Ethiopia is the Origin of Coffee and has diversified coffee types. Ethikka Coffee Export specializes in coffee export in Ethiopia, as we source and export all varieties of Ethiopian Coffee from different regions to destinations all over the world. Our Coffee export product lists include both specialty and commercial types. To guarantee timely and quality coffee supply, we use a vertical integration system by signing up with capable producers and suppliers.
How We Source Coffee
Ethikka has a capacity of exporting up to 32,000 ton per annum. We source coffee, Pulses & oil seeds from Ethiopian Farmers, Unions, and the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange Market (ECX).

Yirgacheffe
YIRGACHEFFE “Washed”
Yirgacheffe is a coffee from Gedeo Zone, Southern part of Ethiopia. The combinations of high altitude (up to 2,200m in some areas), fertile soil, consistent & plentiful rains are all contributing factors to the high status of Yirgacheffe coffees. A hint of peachy acidity, slight floral and citrus cup profile with a lingering herbal spice note in the aftertaste.
YIRGACHEFFE “Natural”
This coffee originates from Yirgacheffe in south central Ethiopia. This is a “natural” or dry-processed Yirgacheffe, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit, encouraging a flavor profile that is more pungent than the more familiar wet-processed Yirgacheffe floral and citrus toned profile. The cup is fantastically sweet, mixed berries, yellow cherry, ripe peach, apricot and exotic floral notes.
Sidamo
SIDAMO “Washed”
This coffee is grown in the Sidamo region south of Ethiopia. The region is well known for having ideal climate condition for growing coffee. This is all due to high altitudes, between 2,000-2,200 meters, ample rainfall, optimal temperature and rich soil. The washed Sidamo has a light body and a floral taste in the cup.
SIDAMO “Natural”
The highland region of Sidamo very likely contains the areas where Arabica was born. This coffee is from the Sidama zone, which is a rich area for coffee. That’s unsurprising when you consider the high altitudes of 1,850 to 2,200 meters above sea level, plentiful rainfall and fertile soil that makes the coffee grown in this region so remarkable with the cupping notes of Caramel, Berry, Sweet, Sugary and Creamy, with a Soft Acidity and a Full Body.
Guji
GUJI “Washed”
This coffee grows In the Guji Zone of Oromia region of Ethiopia and borders the SNNP Region. This area of the Oromia zone is south of Yirgacheffe town, but has similar coffee growing altitudes of 1900 to 2200 meters. The Washed Guji has flavor of orange blossom, lemon candy, bergamot, apricot, and lemon.
GUJI “Natural”
Guji is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia, part of Guji zone. It’s one of the regions of Ethiopia’s largest specialty coffee growing area. The areas lie between 1,900 and 2,200 masl. This dry-processed coffee from Ethiopia’s Guji region strikes your palate with an aroma full of sweet fruity flavor and honey undertones. It has strong berry aromatics with lemony acidity and lingering aftertaste.
Limu
LIMU “Washed”
Limu coffees come from the southwestern part of Ethiopia, in the Oromia Region. These coffees are grown at altitude of up to 2200 meters above sea level. They tend to show a cup profile with a medium body and flavor notes of wine and fruit with a sharp, citric like acidity and a clean finish.
Djimma
DJIMMAH “ Natural”
The Djimmah region in southwestern Ethiopia is known as the birthplace of coffee. The coffee grow at altitude approximately 1600 meters above sea level. This is an ideal climate and the plants are well protected by the larger forest trees which provide shade from the midday sun and preserve the moisture in the soil. A natural coffee with fair light medium acidity, light to medium body and balanced clean cup with a hint of nut tone and pleasant aftertaste.
Lekempti
LEKEMPTI “Natural”
Lekempti is a name assigned to all coffees traded through the market town of Nekemte, found in Southwestern Ethiopia. It is located in the East Wellega Zone of the Oromia Region, where coffee is mostly grown in forest or semi-forest land and naturally processed. Grown between 1500-1800 meters above sea level, the coffee mainly known for pleasant fruity flavor and bold bean size. It is appreciated for its smoother acidity, balance, and delicate fruit flavors.
Harrar
HARRAR
Heavy-bodied, spicy and fragrant, Ethiopian Harrar coffee is a wild and exotic dry processed (natural) Arabica coffee that is grown on small farms in the Oromia region in southern Ethiopia at elevations between 1,400 meters and 2,100 meters. Harrar is a dry processed coffee beans with sorting and processing done almost entirely by hand. It is one of the highest valued coffee in the world. A good Harrar is bold with a complex and spice tones that may include cinnamon, cardamom, and with a lingering finish. It has medium acidity and full body and distinctive mocha flavor.
